Re: Turbo
I'm guessing (and hoping) it will settings for size, psi, RPM efficiency range, sharpness of blades (for higher vs. lower RPM cars), option of twin vs. single, maybe ball bearing vs. divided. Turbos aren't really my thing lol. My car has a supercharger (Centrifugal). My guess for superchargers would be roots, centrifugal, blower, screw. along with psi settings, size, RPM range, and single and twins. Even if the game has none of this I'm sure it's still gonna kick ass! lol These guys are amazing and make the game so full of options and settings. They will not disappoint!:) And a thanks to the Dev Team for an AMAZING GAME!

Re: Turbo
Currently i am looking to invest in a Volvo S70 with the 2.5 5-cylinder (low-pressure)turbocharged engine, and what i noticed in the engines torque band, is that it is completely flat at 270nm, pardon my insolence
, but how exactly do you achieve that, while the hp is rising?

Re: Turbo
We just discussed that this morning and decided to not include it (for feature creep reasons).
From a gameplay point of view this mechanic can be achieved by continuous gearboxes (forgot the name), which will be included.
An ECU Torque-Limiter mainly makes for better ease of driving.

Re: Turbo
There's been something on my mind about the turbos lately and I thought this would be the best way to post it. So far I've only seen turbos with intercoolers. Will we be able to have turbochargers without intercoolers? You know, for early (or just cheap and nasty) setups

Yep!
