pre-order problems

Hey there, I am a bit confused. First, my english isn't quite perfect so I may have missunderstood something.
I did preorder the turbocharged version of the game but when I enter my key, the game doesnt recognize it... What should I do ?

Hi popi785,

You key looks like it has registered itself fine (you have Turbocharged under your name). So you should be able to open the launcher, put in your username and password that you use on these forums and it should work.

I purchased the pre order but when I login with my forum info I only get demo features can anyone help please. Login "damonk"

You obviously have a working copy of the game, as can be seen from your forum status. If you can play the game via pressing the "Play Game" button (entering your details) and not the "Play Demo" button, everything is as it should be.
