Error after preordering

Hello, I'm having a problem after I preordered automation. After I checked out it said error checkout not complete please contact so and so. Is there anything I could do to fix this anything that you guys could do to help me?

That's usually a problem with either PayPal or your credit card, first thing to do would be check that your credit card has funds available and that all the details are correct in Paypal

Well I tried to pay three different times and we have funds available and the info is correct so we don't know what is going on. Thanks
