Mine still works in the new build

Mer_at is a bit of a threat there. Low fuel use and good tyre wear.

haha yep, you're right. I keep forgetting BROBOT doesn't calculate m:s.xx, but sss.xx instead, like Automation used to do (and still does on sector times). Still, in 10 laps I degraded 6-7 seconds on laptims without much error or any damage. And the faster cars were far better on fuel economy than mine (obviously), so my times will be the same in the race, while most everybody else will increase in times due to lower fuel weights.

We won't see until the race, but if I were making odds, you'd be the heavy favorite against me for this one.

About the engine : iirc I made it before I heard of the safety glitch then I detuned it afterwards.
For the gearbox, I could indeed have increased the spacing for a better 0-100 km/h but the test track time was slightly slower as a result.
And for the aero quality it seemed to only have a marginal benefit compared to gearbox and brakes quality so yes I didn't really bothered with it.
Also, from what I noted at the training and the qualifications, it seems the fastest non Sprite-body car is Dobble...with the 40s sedan. Not that obsolete huh ?

And yeah, the 40s sedan did pretty well - be interesting to look to see if it can keep up the performance for 1965, too.
