Keep getting this error

Hey I keep getting this box coming up and it won't let me play. Any idea how I can fix it?

If you are using Windows 7 or Vista right click the shortcut, select "properties", go to the "Compatibility" tab and select "Run as administrator". This may or may not work, it just solves a lot of problems so give it a shot.

I'm getting the same error, but on a Windows XP. any help?

Is this error coming up immediately? Or after you have tried to download an update?

This comes up when the update is complete, and i try to enter the game.
I've tried to restart the computer many times, and reinstall the game 4 times. Keep getting this error.

Also can I get a dxdiag (Windows key + R, type in dxdiag, press ok. Save all Information) and attach it to a post here. Cheers
