Which copy protection does/will Automation use?

Hi!
Automation seems to be the perfect present for my brother who is a mechanical engineering student. However, since he shares my dislike of certain software copy protection mechanisms I would like to know which one you are using.

Kind regards,
pG

At present, you have to enter your username/password when you start the game. I don't know in the full version.

Re: Which copy protection does/will Automation use?

That sounds like it is some online(?)-protection you developed yourself and no Third-Party DRM/ software copy protection like Starforce, Tages, Safedisk and so on.

That would be ok. :)

Our main concern is that nearly all advanced copy prection systems on the market install their own drivers in order to keep their content safe. There were several examples for software malfunctions that resulted out of this behavior.

For now you need to login online to launch it, but in the end you'll just need to activate it online.
