Can't start the launcher

Hi everyone,
I have an problem everytime I try to start the automation launcher this message appears to me:
"Tried to clean up the previous install, but failed. Please finish the installer before trying to open the launcher"
I have reinstalled many times and can't start the game.
I have Windows 7 x64 installed.

Have you restarted your PC since reinstalling?

Yes I have tried to do this, but can't start the game.
In the instalation program it appears to install or start the installer of the file called "dotnet", I have the .Net installed on my computer.
One more information I can't uninstall the game, I have to delete the folder clean the registry to try reinstalling.
