I have a solution for your problem.
Step 1: Log into your Steam-Account
Step 2: Go on Automation and click "buy game"
Step 3: Go to checkout
Step 4: Use a payment method of your choice
Step 5: ?????
Step 6: PROFIT

Yeah, but I can't buy it on Steam because Valve doesn't sell Automation on Pound sterling. And I don't have a Steam account.
