- V12s (NA only)
- Revamped tire grip calculations (no more 1.2g street tires, less advantage for lighter cars)
- Edit: New test track model based on Der Bayer's BROBOT
- Some new bodies
- Engineering time and tooling cost calculations

The only other thing is that there were a bunch of balance changes to stuff like transmissions, brakes, etc. Listing them all would make a pretty big paragraph
Also, pushrods. Because they are the better suspension type.
