well you don't have a flair so that means you purchased the steam version, your key should be redeemable in steam

cpufreak, he doesn't have a key redeemable through steam.

He should just have the game on his steam account if he actually bought it, like with any other steam game.

The Open Beta was wicked for about an hour and a half, then (rather unfortunately) blew up pretty hard.

We just put live a new update with plenty of minor and major fixes, updated the OP with the changelog. Still a lot to fix and polish up, of course :)

Apparently "Fixed exception with 1+ pages of fixture variants." makes us unable to choose any fixture that is not in the first page.

Other than that update is awesome, only game slowed sooooo much, not sure why.

Mercedes was ahead of its time, so no, it doesn't have to be available at that point in the game because the tech pool / research in the game will allow you to unlock parts earlier. We may move it slightly though, 8 years (it unlocks '80 right now) might be a little much.

The automatic gearboxes are available since 1939, with the Hydra-Matic (with torque converter), and for the big series cars (to the high-public cars) since 1950.

I also can't build an engine similar to that of a early 740. There is no way to get that compression ratio without blowing the engine to bits. The B230A has a compression of 10.3 and a single Pierburg carb.

Re: Open Beta [B150918+] Feedback

Hi guys!
I have a problem with my latest patch to automation..
Everything was going nice and easy until this big update. My option menu seems to be up to date coz i have newest changelog, but in-game I have no V6 Turbos no rear engine cars and no market demographics. It happens the same on my laptop and PC with completely different systems and hardware. Maybe there might be something to do with mods from steam workshop? Thank you in advance for help :)

(By Der Bayer): If you haven't joined the open beta yet but want to, just go to your Steam Library, right-click Automation, Properties, Betas, opt in to the open beta.

I just came here to report the same findings. Cannot place fixtures from the 2nd screen in any tab.

EDIT: Also, in the tail lights tab, after clicking green check to confirm placement, cannot select another tail light without exiting that tab and going back into tail lights (eg. select grills/headlights/wings/lips/etc and then reselecting tail lights).

EDIT 2: Image of error for tail light issue:

Re: Open Beta [B150918+] Feedback

Not sure if bug or me misunderstanding something but on a few cars as soon as i finalise design/go to the testing page the driveability drops to 0. In detail stats this is caused by dynamic response being rated -100% yet in the engine designer my engine scores 20 for responsiveness. car was made in 1946 can upload file if needed.
