CTD on launch D3DERR_DEVICELOST

I just purchased my game and i CTD on launch. With windows erroring out saying "Automation_Shipping_steam.exe has stopped working. I have tried windowed, borderless, as well as fullscreen, they all CTD. Attached below is the dxdiag file and logs hope they can help.

Heyya! Just going though the list of crashes on launch that people experience (which we need to fix). Do you still get this issue in the latest version of the game and while running windowed mode or borderless window?
