In Game GUI

Hey guys. Finally preordered and one word = Amazing! Thanks for taking your time to bring us such an amazing simulator.
I recently watched an few videos on youtube in which case they have this white ingame GUI. Is that for certain people only or is this available to anyone who preordered in which case I'm too stupid to come across?
