Cheat Mode

I know it's still early days, but please please please please please can you guys put in a cheat mode, even if it is just unlimited $ or something?

One thing I really love to do once I've "finished" or played through a game like this, is it use cheats so that I can build/design whatever I want, and don't have to worry so much about the money side of things.

And as far as I can tell, the only downside to having a cheat mode is when you start having online interactions, or competitions, so if the saved game where a cheat is activated is easily and visibly flagged such, then it shouldn't be a problem right?

Re: Cheat Mode

If we did that, and we probably will, it'd be as a different game mode "Sandbox" where the saves can't be loaded into multiplayer or anything.

Re: Cheat Mode

From a development point of view cheat mode (dev mode) usually has to be removed from the product before it is released. This is because the testing phase is accelerated immensely by making the testers able to create their own "scenarios" for testing purposes. So I definitely think there will be some remnants of that in release :)

Re: Cheat Mode

Perfect, a way to unlock dev tools, or a sandbox mode that allows for money adjustments would be great..
