Issues regarding snadbox

The first issue is that I cannot create a platform without the game crashing, but I do not have a screenshot of the error. The second issue has been the most aggravating. When I attempt to select push rod vs sohc vs dohc, it crashes and I get this error:
Any help is greatly appreciated on this issue!

I would say try a fresh reinstall of the game first, it sounds like something is corrupted in your version.

Is this based on on fresh install or have you patched it from a few versions ago?
