engine spec website?

Hi, anyone know of a goo site to find engine spec that can be used to build engines from
im think like a ford 5.0 coyote

Carfolio is pretty good, I also tend to find Wikipedia or just general googling to be pretty good if Carfolio is missing something, for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Modular_engine#5.0.C2.A0L_Coyote

I like autoweek.nl, if you aren't afraid of some google translating and mocking about on a site. They show bore/stroke for alot of EU cars
