Customizing rims

Hi guys, I'm wondering if rims would be easily customizable to a large degree, because in my opinion rims are almost half of the car's looks and if there's a choice from only 3-4 visuals, you'll lose interest in modifying cars faster, because you won't be able to make a car that's totally different from the last ones.

There will most probably be 30+ different rims, so you should not run out too quickly. How moddable that will be remains to be seen, that should be one of the easiest parts to mod though.
