The 2016 Automation Rally Championship draws near. Many companies have already had their cars homologated without knowing the rules of the championship.

Now the AIRA (Automation International Racing Association) has revealed some rules, and are letting companies and teams scrutinize and comment on the rules, and change them if need be.

Link to part one: viewtopic.php?f=39&t=8953
I will make note of part one quite often.

Now, On to the rules:

Base Model must be Homologated. Must score over 75 in part one's scoring, or have been entered in Part 1.
Power:weight must be no higher than 0.3hp:kg
All Workshop Mods are allowed.
Max Cost of $45,000. (May be reduced.)
Min Weight of 1200kg

(IF YOU ARE USING THE SAME VEHICLE FROM PART ONE, JUST FOLLOW THE TRIM NAME SCHEMES)

Tracks are to be made by either me, or some-one kind enough to make them for me (Or Teach me. I have no Clue how to.)

Entries to be open about 3 days after the reviews for part 1 are done.

Good thing with that power/weight ratio limit, sounds about right to me. I would suggest maybe adding a minimum weight. Also, what about the quality sliders on interior parts?

I'm leaving that Open, for ballast and the likes.

Min weight would be 1200kg. Will add.

That's the minimum weight, I guess if you can't go lower, that means you can use extra power.

Well, Find some other way to increase weight. (This is where I wish we had another way to add Ballast.)

Is the Minimum weight too high, or is it about right?

I have no problem with the weight or the hp/kg, they seem just snug where they are. But as I am using the not-smart body I have no footprint for a big engine or big heavy parts, even when I make everything at the heaviest including chassis parts, brakes, engine components; I still need to lower quality (on things that should be improved) to even reach 1200kg.

For this challenge are we using a modified version of the engine we put in our normal car or are we allowed to build a whole new engine, this may seem like a stupid question but i don't want to get it wrong  :D
