Yes, leave cooling at the minimum required for engine operation. Break cooling or cooling flaps are no beuno.

So any word on the octane/fuel requirement and quality settings? Like I said I can make my engine run on 76 octane but I do not have Low Quality avail for my year (you didnt put in a year limit), I have also set every single slider to -15 just to be safe.

Even though the world has gone down the toilet, ABR hasn't, and we're now building post apoc cars tailored for your demands.

The ABR Roach

Image

The Roach is a hardy little fella. The grille is from a Mercedez toy car scaled 1:12 we stole from Rob's daughter that provides sufficient cooling.
The headlights are from an actual Merc, fitted at a sad angle suitable for the postapocalyptic state of mind.
Light in general is scarce and it is important to have good vision all around the car watching for sick people or raiders, so we fitted the Roach with all the lamps/searchlights we could find.
This means thirteen lights on each side, six at the back and six at the front.
The centermounted exhausts are centermounted to make room for the wheels.
Speaking of wheels, these 15" steel rims were all we found, with differing width front and rear, but it shouldn't affect the handling too badly.
The front wing is mainly in place to give the car an appearance of a sad panda with a bad haircut, while the roofmounted wing mainly acts as a roof rack as you won't have a lot of space inside the car.
With 2 seats it has room for you and the doc, while any passengers can be thrown in the boot as long as you wrap them into fetal position first.
The engine is a 1,2L masterpiece V6. I say masterpiece because we welded it together from 2x 600cc motorbike engines to get enough displacement.
With no turbos and a SOHC, it revs up to 8500 rpm just like a motorbike, and gets max power output at 7700rpm with 100hp and 97nm at 6700 rpm.
Coupled with a total weight of 599,9kg you should be able to reach your pasients in no time!
ABR (ambitious but rubbish) Designs, freshly founded car company in 5th floor apartment, looking for more suitable workshop
Will be updated soon... ish... perhaps... hopefully

Since I didn't see it listed anywhere, are there any restrictions on mods we can use?

Edit: Also, I assume the max cost is the "total cost" in the overview?

And what's the deadline on this thing? I'll be building something but just don't have the time as yet.
