ECO challenge

?), the eco cars fewer are going increasing at the same level that the anti-pollution rules and the probably forbidden use of Diesel cars in the cities to 2020.
Due this panourama, your company needs to design a eco car, but this wouldn't use a hybrid system because this is expensive in the tooling, specialized engineers, dev engineers... (but in the final cost doesn't increase more to consider a expensive car), and doesn't all mechanics in the world worked with this system, and only some specialized mechanics can work with him.
The Diesel option is rejected (read the first parragraph), and the only option is a petrol engine.
The car can be ONLY a hatchback or this hatchback in sedan version (only this models):
Because this cars offer a good size, good trunk capacity, low weight, and, with the SUVs fewer, is the only "conventional" car segment that the sales are increasing.

-ONLY the swoopy sedan and hatchback could be used.
-Medium tyre compound.
-Carbon fiber frame and body forbidden.
-Plastic or fiber glass body FORBIDDEN.
-Only front engine.
-Min. security: 50.
-Magnesium block FORBIDDEN.
-Titanium conrods FORBIDDEN.
-Max. fuel consumption: 5,5l/100km.
-Max. emissions: 100.
-Race intake and race exhaust forbidden.
-two mufflers and one high flow 3-way catalytic converter are MANDATORY.
-5 seats.
-Medium compound tyres only.
-YOU COULD USE ALL WORKSHOP MODS.
-98 octane fuel for the engines with 6 or more cylinders only. For the inline 4 engines, 95 octane (RON).
-Min. reliability: 50.
-Only RWD or FWD (the AWD increases the fuel consumption and the friction).
-Max. cost in the market (Gasmea):$39.000.
-Good design (not angry designs, please).
-Interior and infoentertainment system: you can't select more than the premium option (none infoentertainment forbidden).
-Minimum power: 115HP.
-Offroad skidtray and downforce skidtray forbidden.
-The man hours in the engine can't exceed 78 hours.
-Quality sliders:
-In wheels must be +2.
-In chassis, body and fixtures, 0.
-In drivetrain, +1.
-In suspension, 0.
-In security, +1;
-In entertainment, +2 if is a basic infoentertainment, +1 if is a standard infontertainment, and 0 if is a premium infoentertainment.
-The same for the interior trim.
The entries shall be evaluated following this points:
Best in (this points will be added in the general points tab):
-Best design: +1 point (I will post a poll and a poster in this post 1 day after the submissions will be closed (12th of November).
-Best handling and comfort equilibrium (drivability/comfort ratio, using the stat values): +2 points.
-Best engine (a good torque and power graph, fuel consumption, reliability, emissions, service costs, engine and man hours costs are important): +3 points.
General tab:
- -The positions are chosen from lower to higher consumption and emissions (I will made two tabs: one for fuel consumption, and other for emissions), and the points they will be awarded as follows:
- Code:
e.g. 10 entries, and the car names (lower to higher fuel consumption/emissions are: a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j for this example):
1. a: 10 pnts.
2. b: 9 pnts.
3. c: 8 pnts (oight points, like the Spanish girl giving points in Eurovision in Denmark LoL).
4. d: 7 pnts
5. e: 6 pnts
6. f: 5 pnts
7. g: 4 pnts
8. h: 3 pnts
9. i: 2 pnts
10. j: 1 pnts
The final points will count like this (for every entry): final points=general tab fuel+general tab emissions+best in...
