Re: V6 Supercar's Season 1 (Engine stage)

I know it's obvious like with everything else and with past challenges, but while I have technically 5 engine families that all fall within the rules here (and 2 of them an attempt to stick to the V8 supercar rules, and on a side note, tried similiar with an actual V8 crossplane pushrod), my issue stems less from how much power/torque, or fuel economy among other factors (like how smooth I can try to make the power delivery), but just how they would actually perform with an actual car.

For when I can, been running a test mule machine for just that...I'm just at a dillema cause while I've been able to on one end build an engine with a minimal power rating in mind with no change to quality sliders, I'm torn between sticking to minimal hours/material costs, finding a 'balance' or pushing the envelope in regards to manhours/material costs being under the maximum allowed.

I'll probably go for option #2...but I'd be more satisfied with an overall vehicle package as opposed to just the engines for now, and I'm still not satisfied with the mule for the time being.

Just me blowing off some steam but I'm curious if anyone else is feeling even remotely like this as well or...something.

Re: V6 Supercar's Season 1 (Engine stage)

Decisions, Decisions.....less fuel consumption or 50hp more, i can't decide. I think i will go with more power. :? Or maybe economy...

Edit: Decision made.

Re: V6 Supercar's Season 1

Look guys, I'm really sorry, painting will be going on in 10 minutes and I won't be able to access my computer while painting is going on. Therefore I have extended the deadlines to allow for this, I will post the stats for the submitted engine asap and again I'm super super sorry about this.
