Re: Homologation 1984 Group Automation

Seems like a sweet competition! Any limitations of produced cars? (like Group B had 200 street cars to let the race car race)

I Like this competition, i'll build a car for sure
Only one question about this:

Aero Options:
You are free to equip up to 1 lip per side.
OR you may equip 1 wing in the rear of the vehicle

Am i right that if you equip a rearwing, 0 lips at the complete car are allowed?

Re: Homologation 1984 Group Automation

Quick rules check:
Lordred wrote:Aero Options:

OR you may equip 1 wing in the rear of the vehicle

Does that mean that we must choose one of the following options?
  • No lips or wings.
  • Front lip only, no wings.
  • Rear lip only, no wings.
  • Front and rear lips, no wings.
  • No lips, rear wing.
...or would we be allowed:
  • Front lip only, rear wing.
?

Also, do you have an explicit rule in mind for "in the rear of the vehicle"? I'm imagining that it must be behind the rear windshield on a sedan or fastback or touching the rear edge of the roof on a hatchback, but if those are not the criteria you have in mind, clarification would be good.

You can come up with whatever sales number you would like, but I would say aiming for a car which can produce at least 200 street sales would be a good thing to do.

Good point, added L/100km so people who do not wish to do the math (or tell the game too) needn't worry.

OP has been Edited with that, as well as adding a new image to help better showcase the file structure system.

My thanks go to Vic for supplying a perfect example.
