Re: The Car for Everyone {Taking Entries}

Okay I double checked my sent file and it really didn't save much of the revisions I'd made.

Re: The Car for Everyone {Judging}

Sorry for the delay, but Round 1 of judging is now complete! It's using a few different calculations, so bear with me. If you don't like your scores, well, sorry.

Bogliq Kitten and Ardent Sierra - 1st - 10/10: These two cars aced the category, with their superior service costs and low price.
Tomte S - 3rd - 9.3/10: While price was exceptionally low as the two winners, it had fairly good service costs, but not good enough to win against the top two.
Žnoprešk Zest+ - 4th - 5/10: Service costs were very, very low, but total costs was on the opposite spectrum. The Zest+ remains in the middle.
Mercusa Regal - 5th- 4.7/10: The opposite of the Zest+, the Regal has a steady price and service costs that are only a little above average.
GSI Tesseract - 6th - 3.3/10: Good service costs can't hide the most expensive car here.
Desert Motors CFE - 7th - 2.9/10: As with the previous car, decent service costs doesn't conceal the 2nd most expensive car here by a very small margin.
Dragotec Swift - 8th - 2.5/10: The service costs are 5/50 around cheap/expensive, but it is a costly car to buy.
Centauri Neo- 9th - 0.2/10: IN total, this is the costliest car to buy. While it's not the single most expensive to buy, it is the most expensive to maintain.

Next time on the CFE challenge, we'll see which car can get the best gas mileage. Stay tuned for more.

This is just round 1... we will see if the all the knickknacks mounted on the Zest+ will help to get best ratings into the next rounds. ;)

:o having picked up a lesson from the previous commissions, it looks like GG's joke car was actually priced effectively! Who knows, it might even be a halfway decent car in other aspects too! (But probably not)

Re: The Car for Everyone {Judging}

Sorry for the late reply, guys, but my game kind of fudged itself up, so results will be delayed again. As a payoff, you'll get both round 2 and 3 tomorrow. If you don't, feel free to loathe me.

Re: The Car for Everyone {Judging}

Welcome back to the CFE challenge! We're back with results for round 2 AND 3!

Žnoprešk Zest+ - 1st - 19.5/20: Scoring the best out of the whole group, the Zest+ is the most fuel-efficient, is one of the most drivable, has great utility, and is extremely comfy.
Desert Motors CFE - 2nd - 15.6/20: Good scores in all categories give this car a good score overall.
Centauri Neo- 3rd - 15.5/20: The Neo is the single most comfortable here, as well as having the second best fuel economy. Other things are not great, but it still manages 3rd.
Bogliq Kitten - 4th - 13/20: Fuel economy is decent, and everything is exceptional EXCEPT comfort. It is not a very comfortable car.
Dragotec Swift - 5th - 12.6/20: meh fuel economy is made up for by great drivability, utility, and comfort.
Ardent Sierra - 6th - 11.1/20: While being very livable, fuel economy is not great. So it gets a lower score.
Mercusa Regal - 7th- 10.2/20: The Regal is the most "average" car here, with similar scores across the board.
GG Tomte S - 8th - 9.5/20: Fuel economy is decent, and everything is exceptional EXCEPT comfort. It is not a very comfortable car.
GSI Tesseract - 9th - 9.1/20: While good utility, decent comfort, and others make it a very livable car, by far the worst-in-test fuel economy make it lowest on this list.

Next time on the CFE challenge, we'll see which car is the best to drive on a long, winding road. Stay tuned for more.
