You say extra points for each 500 bucks under budget, which makes me xuripis as to your scoring system.

scoring system is as follows -
most points will be accumulated in the races
1st - 10
2nd - 8
3rd - 6
..
..
6th - 1
extra points
every 500$ under 10k is +1
fastest 0-100km/h +1
fastest 100-0 +1
best mpg +1
top speed +1
and some special points, depending on what gets submited, like wheel size (smallest/biggest), ride height etc.

95 RON = 90.3 AKI So Premium fuel (hate switching units around just so I know what is going on LOL). Also is the Standard 10s safety the minimum or is that the ONLY option? And is there no overall reliability requirement? Only engine? I can see this being an issue in car builds, really really crappy cars with plastic that just falls off inside.
EDIT: Are mod packs allowed as well? I am currently using the community mod pack and am halfway through my car and just realized it.

i'm using the mod pack too, so no problem
and it's all about the engine, like always, the car can be crap.. but the engine, that's what people love about cheap race cars

No limit on production units? Because if i up some quality sliders things get cheaper and better and only the production units go up. Can i just put them at +15 without getting a penalty for the big amount of production units?

Currently total costs do rise with production units (though not quite correctly), so it often isn't as important to raise production units.
However there are a few exploits beyond even this one can use to performance enhance.

forgot about PUs, but it's already too late to change anything, so no, no PU limit

Well, in that case, here is a road-going version of my entry to Francesco's challenge, except reworked from a naturally aspirated V8 to a bonkers i4 turbo producing... a lot of power. Even with the insane amounts of padding I stuffed in the doors, I think one's other half will definitely be suspicious that this car isn't quite your normal shopping trolley...

It's also over-budget because I'm bad at making comfy sports hatches to a budget. Oh well. If this were a market competition, it's all about paying a little extra for a lot more SIIIIIIDEWAYS.
