Hi, it is great that you decided to make a race of yours, however, I have a few issues with your idea.

Firstly, I am pretty sure that the name AGT has been used before. You might want to take a look at that.
Second, the rules are too strict, there isn't real room for freedom or creative choices around the car. I'll list them:
  • brake sizes and wheel sizes should be up for the designer to choose, instead of being determined by you.
  • Gearbox choice should also be up to us, most will use double-clutches anyway.
  • You should make absolutely clear with body you want, possibly by linking its thumbnail to the post.
  • There is no real reason to limit the amount of wings on a body, the game already limits it to 2 anyway.
  • You should definitely write which are the guidelines to the engine. I have no idea what should I build without having clear rules.
  • Any particular reason for not allowing mods? There is a very easy way to get them,in this modpack created by Jakgoe.
  • You should look into having a minimal reliablity requirement, as now, I could set to have minimal cooling, thus making my car faster.

For some inspiration for a ways to run a challenge well, look here, here, here and here

I am looking forward for what you can come up with now.

Why do you want to delete it? I have already almost finished my car!

Don't sweat it, all the changes Leo suggested are pretty minor, but very helpful when it comes to running a tournament. The main problem was the name, but that's easily fixed too. Just put it on hold until you get the details sorted!

Just edit you challenge. It has potential and the community is lacking in challenges.

I suggested those things so you could make it better for you and for everyone who is taking part.
I am sorry if I came across as rude.

Quick question: when you specify this:

Race exhaust if N/A (No turbo)

Do you mean, don't use a turbo, or do you mean you can use either, but if you use NA, then use a race exhaust?

I intended the latter..of course using a turbo automatically switches off exhaust manifold selection.

I may enter with a revised version of the Frivola I used in the JPP. I feel that the car deserves a second chance.
