Action Movie 2 Hero Car

You the CEO's of major car companies bored thinking about a 3 wheel car with nitro, suddenly get a call from a major movie studio. Their film Action Movie was such a hit the sequel is being worked on now. The hero car will be built by one of you.
The movie will be shot in America and Japan, so an American or JDM style car.The enemy car is a VW Bus.
Criteria
Must be a sedan
V8's can't have turbos
Cost less than $37500,many cars will be wrecked in this film.
No less than 5 seats
Safety 65 or higher for stunts.
Reliability 57 or higher
6 real cars will be compared with yours
A poll for best looking car and 3 races on the Airfield, Laguna Seca, and Suzuka Raceway will determine the winner.

Alrighty, I'm just finetuning this thing but after looking at an Infiniti catalogue (everyone's going Euro with their styling anyway, whether it's the US or the JP market), I decided to go with this. Aptly codenamed Godzilla, this thing weighs way more than a Veyron Must be all the safety equipment, and why I never really pay any attention to safety if I can avoid it when I build cars

On the plus side, it has unholy amounts of power and goes like absolute stink It's amazing just how many horses you can get without blowing the material costs out. Does require a ton of elbow grease, though.

I seem to only be able to find one sedan in 2015 that doesn't give me a safety penalty for obsolescence. Is that correct?
