The Ultimate Van Race! Ended!

But out there, on the streets of Ludwigshafen, one man is on a mission, and it’s a mission from god of Electronics Company that totally is not-Siemens. This man works hard, this man is efficient, but he won’t be able to do it without his ultimate weapon… His Van.
His white van goes at speed no other traffic lights tech support has ever gone before. The van pass the trams on the streets of Ludwigshafen at an incredible velocity. And the tyres are losing grip on every roundabout. There’s a reason the van is nicknamed the “Driftvan” it drifts around at whatever time the driver take fancy. Some say as the crankshaft spins faster, the man’s heart beats faster. But I guess that’s typical, as the revs climb, the speed climbs, and the van at 165km/h on the streets of Lugwigshafen is terrifying!
But that’s all is just a legend… Or is it?

The Ultimate Van Race is a race of the ultimate Van! It’s an event that is going to be held at 6 famous race tracks around mainland Europe!.
There are 10 important regulations.
1.Tech year must not exceed 2014. Older is OK.
2.Use this fantastic Kubby’s Not-Vivaro body. You can use either the cargo version or the passenger version of both front engine and mid-engine design. viewtopic.php?f=38&t=4734&p=50191#p50191
3.The tyres are going to be limited, to 205/65/R16 of a Hard Long Life with 0 quality all around. No more, no less. But at the sorta speed the man is doing apparently it doesn't last long anyway.
4.The overall cost of the van must not exceed 8,400$ Van shouldn’t be expensive anyway.
5.No undertray cladding ONLY. Van man prefer easy service.
6.Standard Safety. Because the van is going to be FAST.
7.No lips or wings allowed. It’s bad for economy.
8.Engine reliability must exceed 65.
9.Overall reliability must exceed 62.
10.MOST IMPORTANT: This grille is a must. viewtopic.php?f=38&t=4819&start=10#p46879 Because without it, the van is a FAKE Not-Vivaro, and that is unacceptable! (You have to put at least one of any variant of this grille anywhere that take you fancy, but if I don’t see it you’re disqualified so better put it where everybody can see it).
Other than these 10, you’re free to do whatever you want to create the ultimate van for the ultimate VAN RACE.
The deadline for the entrance is 5th of December 2014! 10am GMT ENDED
