This was the Final Season! Of course there will be the scorings of this round but first... the announcement of this Seasons Winners!

After some Cuba Libres I am now ready to give a short speech....

It's such an honor to be the first time ever champion of the TEC and to have made it to the epic books of Automation history. The whole team of the "Bayerische Automobil-Manufaktur", BAM, wants to say thanks to all the voters for your support, loyalty, technical expertise and awesome taste. I meant i've only built supercar engines before the challenge, pretty much ^^ so i expected this to at least get a few score, but i didn't expect to finish 2nd xD thanks for all the votes

Congratulation everybody! Very close challenge. I liked so much to tried to make the best engine for a real life situation with a real life vote! Thanks Pyrilx for all the time you take for this competition.

it really was an awesome first season I think for next season I would like to see that the turbo engines are put in their own category so its like a Multi tier challenge...but with same point awarded out at the end...is this a practical idea Prylix or is it a bit hard to do?

It's not hard to do, but more work, and not very meaningful. Or is the real-world market separated into turboed engines and non turboed engines? As in "they are not directly compared". No... so it shouldn't be the case in this challenge either. It's enough work Roland has to do in this format already.

Just to be fair: In the TEC scoreboard it says i have 3 points, but in fact i only have 2 because the only top 3 result i have is 2nd place in the 1995 supercar category.

i think reliability should be factored into the running costs of an engine.like reducing yearly servicecosts or someething similar.
also man hours cost should be reduced slightly to allow use of better quality parts.
