Re: 1982 Le Mans 24 Hours C-ERA [RESULTS IN PAGE 1]

Obviously very pleased with this result! Thank you to vmo for hosting.

I would also like to make a specific shoutout to HighOctaneLove, who has progressed up the standings to snag a very solid 4th in the C class :o Moving up the ladder bigtime! In addition, a fairly major upset by LeSpass, who gave us a run for the money with an extraordinarily quick GT class car! Somehow I am not surprised given just how strong LeSpass has been in the Trans Am series, but boy, I don't know if I would have been able to make a GT car that fast.

You can look the pdf files, and look the differences between your car and the winner to improve.

Very close race between the two of us in the GT class. This time around your car was a little bit quicker.

Also, LeSpass you GT was impossibly fast man

Thanks for the comments. For the GT car, I tried to focus on top speed avoiding wings or lips. It didn't have much downforce for cornering, but it seems that it paid off on the Mulsanne.

The car looks awfully dull though.

And I think that is one of the most cheapest GT cars of the competition.

Sixth place for me, not that bad. Kudos for LeSpass for making a really quick GT car.

Very close indeed, the C Class was a bit too slow, Strop opened my eyes with the tire width trick. But it was way too late to compensate.

Better luck next time, really happy for the GT entry tho and, like you said: holy f*ck LeSpass that was ballistically fast, you got a GT car with a C-Class pace. Great Work mate.

I'm looking at both sheets and the old vs new results and they appear identical. Are you sure you have the right set here?
