what If your car gets dqed and you only find out about it after the deadline? can you still resub?

No. Just triple check the car, the rules are not difficult. Currently nobody is disqualified.

I know it sounds waaay of but I finished 17th in test race with a 45sec damage stop and a bit slower lap times... like I said 15.ish, maybe top 20...
