Re: AMWEC '15 [results 8th race!]

Just so everybody knows I plan on interviewing EVERYBODY who has participated in 2015 AMWEC series for the final race summary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The final summary is going to be big, or as Donald Trump would say, it's gonna be huge. So be sure to prepare yourself as well as your team to talk about this past season.

BFM finally made it onto a poster, yay! I was almost concerned it wouldn't get on.

Don't worry guys, Talking AMWEC is coming. I'm going to actually work on it right now and have it posted hopefully by tomorrow night at the latest.

Re: AMWEC '15 [next race february 7th!]

I didn't get time to do this until today, but this makes for some interesting reading. There are cars that are more consistent than others. I wonder what the driveability scores of the more 'unstable' cars might be.

Re: AMWEC '15 [next race february 7th!]

I think there is a pretty big median of drivability scores, which is why there is so much battling as it were between positions, while everything outside of that curve stays relatively the same, such as the Zeus GT, and anything else that stays around the back of the pack, as there seems to be a consistently large gap between mid pack and back of the pack.

Re: AMWEC '15 [next race february 7th!]

Yes, there is a huge gap between the drivability of the cars. Initially, the calculations were designed for cars with a drivability around 45, but when I stared to receive the entries, most of them have a drivability way lower than expected, so I had to lower the threshold for accidents, and as a result of that, the cars with the higher drivability (Zeus, nv810, exilus) ended up having no accidents in every race. For the NV810 and Exilus was OK, because they're not so fast, but the Zeus was another story...
