Re: The Highway Patrol Challenge [Open for entries]

Oh man, it's so similar to my car, but so much classier, so much prettier. I left the highlights off and opted for a straighter, simpler, more utilitarian look, leaving it perhaps a little under-dressed.

This, incidentally, is based off the Armada Feltram, which was released in the same year. The UK public version however received a 200hp 2.9L i6 turbo engine! It was a quirky offering to say in the least. The Feltram Cruiser, however, has in it a more classic block harkening back to Armada's early days of trying to break into the American market: a small block pushrod V8 with big torque low-down. For a 1300kg cruiser it's fairly fuel efficient, and getting up to speed it gets the job done, though admittedly... nowhere near as quickly as the UK version

GOD FUCKING DAMN IT  THE GAME DELETED MY CAR... AND NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE

Any advice what to do? Is there a way to get the car back?

Nope, at least not from my experience. Did you name it at all?

Yes i did. When making the second car i made the model, named it, saved, made the trim, named it, saved, opened the first car engine, tuned it, saved it, set up the trim, tested, saved, tuned, tested, saved using the floppy disk icon. Closed with the X, exited the game using the quit game.

Opened the game, sandbox, and my car was not there. Checked the My Games folder but no luck there.

The Shromet Corporation had set all their hopes and candidate investments on Gerald Ford Winning the Re-Election, So when the Democrat Jimmy Carter won the Election, The Shromet Corporation found it only in their best interest to develop a Police Highway unit for the United States, and Sell it at an Extra Low Discounted cost, to appeal to the New Government Leader.

The Shromet Dragon Police Special Unit was a more Reliable, Safe version of the Shromet Dragon Muscle Car, which debuted in the worst time possible, 1975. It was a car that was way out there, powered by a turbo charged V8, that developed over 250 Horsepower, the Turbo Charger Breathed a Whopping 10 PSI into the Engine at full boost. Double that of the Oldsmobile Jetfire.

Re: The Highway Patrol Challenge [Open for entries]

NOTE: The model that failed the tests was the pre-production model. We forgot to install the catalytic converter and we have improved the chassis. The engine now produces 310 FT-LBs of torque rather than 300 thanks to an enlarged bore to make up for the power loss.

Introducting the 1978 Baltazar Basil Magnum Interceptor. Sorry for the looks, had to strech the bumper to get to the minimum weight.

Re: The Highway Patrol Challenge [Open for entries]

Introducing the 1978 Merrick Crusader III Cop Pak. The 442 CUI Crusher V8 produces 271 Net HP and 353 Net Torque, enough to catch almost any new street car while still running on regular gasoline. The shocks and springs have been stiffened for hard cornering and so they can take more abuse. The car has been lifted 1 inch to be able to hop curbs, even more durable is its solid body on frame construction which lets it take a beating. The rear differential is the patented Dual-Trac Locker, which provides a fast and comfortable launch. For the transmission we have the Smooth-Shift 3 speed but now geared for performance use. 225s tires up front and in the back provide "adequate" traction, inside these wide ovals are the all new heavy duty steel wheels, rated to hop a curb or speed bump at 45 mph. With our reinforced bumpers there is not need for a push bar as the bumper is made out of reinforced steel. If your department is interested in buying our car for police use call your local Merrick Automotive Fleet Dealer.

Re: The Highway Patrol Challenge [Open for entries]

My goodness. I feel like I've severely underpowered my car now, in the interests of economy. Also the costs, possibly using premium seats sucked up too much money...
