I like the trick with the vents on the back of the front wheel arches, Der Bayer! It's a funny-looking car, but cool. :)

Ardent Motors Corporation is currently conducting tests on special editions of both the Midnight and Starlight models to determine which one might be a better fit for this race.

Re: BRC 1955 - The Golden Age [BUILD]

OK, naming conventions...

I know this makes it easy for everybody running contests, but....using the same exact naming convention for multiple events doesn't work very well. Could it be changed to like....1955BRC-username-engines-familes? Otherwise we are all overwriting files for events which may still be active, since people are asking for the same thing in their events. Just a thought...I think I just overwrote something (probably the 1945 BRC), but.....if I did I'll never know now. I didn't think about it until I was done naming it. :|

Also, why is everybody using the same body????? So many complained about the 1945 due to lack of creativity for the 2 bodies available, and now there are many and still only one choice. hahaha Just an observation. (No, I am NOT using that mini body for MY car)

Der Bayer is probably using multiple folders to keep his personal cars, and the cars from his various contests separate. It's what I do when I run one of my contests. All of my personal creations go in an archive folder while I take in and analyze entries. When it's all done, I wipe the files out of the respective folders and restore my archives (if I so choose).

He has chosen the naming convention, as is his right as the person who's run the contest. I can see your point as well, especially since some others use a naming convention more similar to what you suggested. I prefer to use the one more similar to his when I run my contests.

It is what it is.

With a max total cost of 8,000 $, and points for low fuel consumption, it makes more sense to choose a smaller car.
