Because you have zero mechanical skill, you cannot modify the gearbox, beyond what you would assume the vehicle you are building would come with as standard.

Because you don't know how weight works, it will come with standard internals, safety equipment, a radio, and the maximum number of seats

-So, standard interior, max number of seat, and the safety equipment and entertainment of my choice?

Because you have no taste, you will be forced to bolt on an aftermarket, and lets face it, quite gaudy, hood scoop and rear wing. No, you may not modify them to increase your aerodynamics. If you should choose to do so, I will allow an ugly attempt at a body kit as well. If you want to slap on some aftermarket rims, be my guest.

A tiny little Japanese 4-banger with a 5-speed and FWD gearbox.
A jeep-like thing with an i4 and 5-speed AWD gearbox
A European saloon with an i6 and 4 speed automatic gearbox.

As these are your starting vehicles, they will be shit:
The frame and body panels must be made of some kind of metal.
HP must not exceed 150.
No turbocharging
No racing intakes or exhausts.

Starting a new set of rules or something? Starting to get confusing IMHO.

To everything? Because if that's on everything, it will be hard to even get the engine to run.

Very obvious problem here. You are adding a far from insignificant amount of money to the budget of the fastest/best car in the pack. Therefore, he will probably win even more in the next race, letting him make his car even faster, and the cycle will continue until, like you said, you get bored.
