Re: Working class hero challenge

7 days was kind of a short window, between running my own contest, work, life, and my new car concept design I have not had much time for this. If do you extend the deadline I will be trying to enter.

Ditto, have been swamped the last week and a half, I do have a car about 3/4 finished for this challenge but it needs work still.

Re: Working class hero challenge

Keep in mind that the steam release is scheduled for 12th march. The main issue there is that the new build won't be compatible with the old, though if we're able to run a non-steam launcher separately that may be ok.

Re: Working class hero challenge

I think you should give yourself some room for getting the required data and what you want before the update. Maybe the 8th or 9th would be better dates, as they give us another weekend to make cars.

Oh I forgot about that!! The 8th or 9th would work as well then, just make sure you dont update your game if you need to still test past the 12th.

Re: Working class hero challenge [OPEN!!!]

Anything about what's going to happen to this challenge? If it's still open, I'd like to try it out.

Re: Working class hero challenge [OPEN!!!]

Equiped with a 5.2L inline six, 5o1HP for 1.6k!, but the whole car costs 12.4k! even with leafsprings and other low cost stuff, maybe if didnt have the 35 confort requirement.

maybe i should base it in a saloon, for the base confort, and spend resources everyelse, but a 6 cilinder wouldnt fit and didnt look this handsome!
a bigger bore inline 4 would not fit also, so you are limited to around 2L I4 or 4L V8, but a 4 cilinder turbo with this power requirement is expensive, as would be a V8

the big saloons are heavy and spend much fuel

we should give another try when V6 are availabe
