WIth shell, you would say monocoque or ladder chassis? If is this yes. If you would say to edit the bones fine, no.

The 6.5 engine is almost impossible (but I put this limitation if anyone can fit a 6.5 engine), but a 6.1 liter engine is possible.

I am very tempted to go after extra displacement but the sensible choice is extra valves and cmashafts.... because i dont have OHC v8s in the regular partsbin

meaning that my company doesnt produce SOHC or Dohc V8s I tend to build challenge cars as if I was a real world company.. using what i have around and tinkering with it.

Test your configuration in time/lap, no brute power (look the weight/power ratio).

If there's no cost or man hour limit, can we just use +15 quality on all the engine parts?
