Re: Automation Game Prototype Series

decrease compression. increase boost. make a richer fuel mixture. play around with compressor size, turbine size, AR ration. you should obtain 500+ with ease.

Re: Automation Game Prototype Series

It's a shame that the rules imply maximum tech points. Costs are fully functional and a better parameter for crazy stuff than limiting creativity, it should be our job to choose where and how to spend money. I really dislike this form, because I like to use bizarre tech combinations.
Feel like this is going to stop me from taking part in this.
Although, I already have a very powerful 2l turbo, if anyone wants it, PM me.

Working progress: 2.0T

Re: Automation Game Prototype Series

There are no reliability requirements, so one lap is enough!

Total lap time will be logged. First track is Circuit de la Sarthe (because LeMans)

Re: Automation Game Prototype Series

Blue model, yellow model, green one... ok... tomorrow my. I reserve then Red colour so it will be clear.

I have 2 x 2.0 Turbo Engine which I think is hardest to do. I will test them and then pick one of another 2 my 3.4 engines.

Body is already done.

Reliability of zero is already achived. As I understand, 10 Tech Pts. are total that I can use to all my parts of engine. And another 15 total to spend on each other part.

Re: Automation Game Prototype Series

Just a reminder that the submission deadline is tomorrow! (Technically @ 3:00 PM EST, but I won't be a hardass about that  )

A few of you had some DQ's in your designs, make sure you read the PMs I sent so you can revise and get qualified to race! :)

Last minute entries are always welcome :ugeek:

Thx for moving one day. Thats always good for begginers.

Can you post names of others Circuits so I could pick a correct revision of engine?

How did you do that... I was trying to put that engine into body and I get all the time error.

Re: Automation Game Prototype Series

I also built a turbo version with 100hp more, but the driveability is worse than the NA.

That was posted on Thursday.... so the deadline is today

Just make sure you car is submitted by the end of the day (Eastern Standard Time; for reference I'm posting this @ 12:30 noon)

I'm at school right now so any last-minute qualifiers won't be added to the thread list until later.
