I made a FWD car that gets a low speed cornering of 1.18 and a high speed cornering of 1.18. Its around 8 seconds faster then my current car but it is not very fast in terms of top speed.
By the way, my toying with the idea of 1976 cars has led to the demise of my I6 racing engines. They just cant keep up with the power requirements assuming that 1976 has a .3hp/kg ratio. The I6 really cant keep up even at .25hp/kg.

This here is a behaviour unique to Automation for as long as we've seen car and track simulation. They're capable of pulling ridiculous amounts of corner G, and I don't know whether the simulation still covers issues with understeer with power.

I am looking into changing the "optimal" steering behavior lines according to the power distribution to take this into account somewhat - so that you need to make an FWD car less understeering to have optimal tameness, while you need to make a RWD car more understeering to be tame.
