Re: Survival of the fittest [Stage 0 results]

well that was fast.

loved the glorious "remaining in tank comments" LOL

and the extra comments you have to add to my car's pic every time :P

this means only 1 car will be eliminated at stage 1

The Envy Turbo Coupe has a 5 liter, twin turbo V8 with a cast iron block and heads, and mechanical fuel injection.

And I may have done all my own math based on liters-to-gallons conversions for MPG, because I'm American.

Damn. I'm surprised you pulled this off with a big displacement turbo. I dismissed the idea without event trying for fuel economy reasons. That engine should be a torque monster.

I deliberately opted for a heavy body it order to get a bigger fuel tank. About 410HP are provided by a 6000cc V12.

Damn. Note to Erin engineers: "guessing" whether it'll make 400km at 120kph based on calculations that came to the conclusion "probably?" isn't sufficient.

Re: Survival of the fittest [Stage 0 results]

I wonder if posting the results slowly, one by one, as I get them calculated would be more nerve racking for you people.

That would be just mean

I must confess that even scrolling and reading blurbs to see if I made it was a bit nerve racking :)

Meeeh, I'd rather keep that for the battles. Beisdes, there's like 3 cars left to calculate, with a few of you REAAAAAAAALLY gambling with your strategy choices.
