Open wheel chassis idea

Okay, so I just thought of this, please point out any errors.

Make the body and pan just the center section of an F1 car, devoid of aero (Except for a front wing-style thing that we can mount a lip to), with a windshield over the cabin, and with the wheels inside of it (Put the suspension somewhere odd) and then make it possible to offset the wheels by like 6 feet front and back.

Could this be done?
(Obviously the specs would be ridiculous for any market, could probably get it down to 900 lbs and have such a wide track and low roof profile it'd be ridiculous)

there is a FAQ, read it, and any open wheelers are not possible sadly

To elaborate: I'm not entirely familiar with the process of building the bodies, but fairly sure that this would break the "passenger space" zone calculations, given the way those zones are designated and bound to the morphing of the mesh.

Hmm... What about unmorphable body that won't change passenger zone size things?
