Re: VMO's stuff

No, everything exported fine. All I did to the model was skin it again (without touching the weights, just adding the bones) then exported the model (except for the front glass bit) as skinned and unskinned. I had no errors except from the one you posted the picture of, but I left that for you to fix.

Ok. I skinned the glass, and exported fine, but exporting the headlight skinned (with bones), 3DS Max fails and closes.

Re: VMO's stuff

I Will try to make the headlight like a vent.

EDIT: Doesn't works well:

For the moment, I don't make more headlights/tailights.

If anyone can make the bones works properly (the source files are in the last 2-3 pages backward), I will be happy.

For the moment, I will make only grilles/vents/badges/lips/wings.

Question:

Which grille/vent would you like in Automation?

Re: VMO's stuff

Due the difficults to find a Ford Falcon 2015 front, I'm making these grille with the 2015 Mondeo (is the same grille, but only changes the inside panel mesh).

Re: VMO's stuff

You click the ~ key, and type ToggleThumbnailMaker(), then click on grilles and click on the one you want. The. You zoom the model to fit and click make thumbnails! :)

But it seems again that your grille has a lot of triangles. The lighting doesn't look right.

Thanks!

Yep, the model had 1037 polys (I can't use minor polys because decrease the quality).
