well i did see one in the steam workshop that i got, as for how to make one idk, as i'd like to make one consisting of all the open source cars

Put the cars in one company and then export it from the game to a zip. Then creat a folder with a distintive name in

create another folder inside and name it tycoon and then another inside that one and name it companies, and you place the zip file there.

wait. the demographics doesn't read from the competitors pack automatically?

I mean regions it's pretty easy too, it's just a file that you can edit or create in excel with some values.
