Soltra

In 1962 Soltra Motorsports (Now known as Soltra) was established as a Formula One racing team and an engine manufacture. Soltra Motorsports had fairly desist success as in the first few years becoming top midfielder to one of the top teams. Engines were also a success meeting the requirements set by car manufactures. After 20 years of being a racing team and engine manufactures, Soltra Motorsports decided that it was time to become a supercar manufacture with a new company name of Soltra. Soltra was a great success.

The first car released in 2015 will not be a flagship model but it will be a front engine supercar. It is called the Intenagation (In-ten-a-ga-tion is how you say it) and it might just be the front engined supercar for you.

With it's 4.7 lt N/A V8 Flatplane it makes a mega 673 hp and 595 Nm with a 9000 rpm limit and a 95 Ron this engine packs a punch

With it's carbon fibre chassis and carbon fibre body panels, the Intenagation goes round the Airfeild track in less than 1:18.5.
It has a top speed of over 330 kph making it a very fast front engine car. Its 0 - 100 kph time is a very fast 4.1 seconds.
Is this the front engine supercar for you? You be the judge.

Re: Soltra

About the engine... you are cutting the power too early. I don't know if that is the peak power rpm, but you should give some RPM more in order to give a better usability of the powerband.

Probably the driveability/sportiness ratio is too low for a correct tip-top performance.
Take a look to my Znopresk Zeus (viewtopic.php?f=35&t=2858&p=68503#p64517). It can archive very similar performance for a 1/5 of the construction costs probably thanks to a more favorable driveability/sportiness ratio even if have a worse power/weight ratio.
However I understand that are important difference in the car target, mine want to be a supercar for everyone, your want to be more exclusive.

In purely personal taste, I don't like the tail lights. Nice work on the others car view.

1 its a front engine car unlike his therefore he can achive the same performance for less cost
2 i would have a higher rpm limit if it didn't sacrifice the engine's reliablity and that is one of my main priorities when making cars like this
3 for the tail lights i was trying something different and it might be changed in the future
4 its intent wasn't to be a top of the line performance car, it was meant to be a low level supercar, not a hyper or mega car
5 thanks for the feedback :D

Re: Soltra

Some changes have been made to the Intenagation:
1. Engine now revs up to 9500 rpm
2. Tail lights have been changed

Re: Soltra

What would you sell this car for and what are its competitors? I can tell you have used the quality sliders a lot which is why your car costs so much to produce.

I like the front.
Aurora Motor Company: Nothing Comes Close | Youtube ads: Aurora Manticore - "Dyno"
Auto magazine plus directories - list your car in the appropriate directory to be considered for a magazine cover/article.
