Holy turbo lag. I'd run more displacement, less boost and smaller turbos.

As oppositelock said, the turbo lag on your cars is insane. You should use VVT & VVL to help you.

The octane requirement on your last engine is 65.4? You could probably run that engine on cat urine. A well tuned engine should have an octane requirement as close to the selected octane as humanly possible. If you've chosen 95 octane, for example, there's no reason the required octane should be less than 94.9. Work more on optimization. ;)

From 0 to 5000 rpm you have almost no torque. Was that intentional?
Otherwise try moving the ratio slider around a bit to get more usefull torque in the lower revs.

Cheers!

Those headlights on Estate are horrendously placed.
BTW. Does your hypercar burn 64 litres of fuel per 100 km? O_O
