Founded in 1965 by Riley Banks,in the UK, specifically Northern Ireland, to produce components for race cars to use it wasn't long before road cars started to be produced in 1971.

The company lasted in this state until 1987 when the Remembrance Day Bombing in Enniskillen necessitated closing due to fear of bombing as they were a very British company.
Then they reopened in 2001, this time in Lancaster in England, away from the Irish problems. Since then the factory has been in bloom, producing sports cars and tuning cars for other companies because the workers over there LOVE challenges.

Stay tuned for the story of the 3rd fastest car round the Airfield Track, and fastest Front-Engined.

THE GOD OF SPEED.......and fat, but who cares?

This is the Banks Debranua;

It is based off American Muscle Cars, with a few twists.

So now for the stats;

10857cc 40v V8 Crossplane;

And the time;

This car is a bare-bones GT car that just so happens to be road-legal, and as such has just been retuned to compete in strop's new Barely Street-Legal League.

Expect to see more cars in the near-future!

EDIT: I'm looking for some feedback, ESPECIALLY on styling so feel free!

Over 1000 horsepower and only 202 MPH? Also when you say it's based off American Muscle, what made you think that when designing the car? (Probably the appalling speed :D)

It's mainly a track car, and most track cars have around that level of speed and power. The amount of Downforce slows it down considerably. I might make a production version.

I mainly put "American Muscle" because it looks like that to me. Other people may see it differently.

It may have "only" 202mph because of aggressive gearing.
It also depends on the use of the car. I'd think aggressive gearing would be more useful on a track because most of the time would be spent at speeds lower than 202mph.

True, but is all that power and the weight of that 11L engine necessary?

Prepare for more updates very soon... (Plus a quick facelift to the Debranua.)

An awesome update!

Well, three pieces of good news;

First, a quick update to the Debranua. I personally think it looks MUCH better.

Secondly, a semi-new car. More a new version of the Debranua.

The Debranua Morrigan!

It has a new 7.2 litre turbo V8

And now for the stats.

It is slower round all but the fastest tracks, but it has a much higher top speed, one of the complaints with the original.

This car is priced at £2,000,000.

And finally, a sneak-peek of a new car,And actually new this time, new shell, engine, EVERYTHING

I have decided to give the Debranua another facelift to match the announcement that it is no longer going to be a track car.
Instead it will take it's place as the flagship car of this company.

And it gets round 2 secs quicker than a Pagani Huayra, despite an actual interior, no active aero or suspension and being front-engined.

I actually use this car's airfield time as a sort of bar when designing my cars, just because it has a pretty damn good time :lol:
I believe if you were to remove insulation and change the interior quality and such, you could substantially lighten this car.

This car was originally designed as a pure track car without an interior at all(which i eventually got down to 1:10.3), and i only changed that because I have something MUCH quicker in the works.(1:9.1 anyone?)

Fuck me, I'll chuck something stupidly fast together later if I have time and see if I can get anywhere near that.
