The company Northcar was founded in 1947. It is based in Marquette, MI. The name comes from the fact that it has the Northern most primary headquarters of any North american car company.
Since the rising gas prices, the latest car was designed to get high mileage on regular gas (87 AKI US, 91 RON Elsewhere), and still be affordable to most consumers.

If it costs $20k to manufacture, how much would it sell for? In all honesty not many people would pay 20k for an 1980s looking AWD hatchback. Pretty good fuel mileage though, I'll give you that.
