Now I can only imagine that in game the total costs came to $7k-$9k per car, but you must remember that on top of these there are engineering, tooling and R&D costs as well as other things such as wages for showroom dealers and advertising costs. For a car like this which should sell in large volumes in a mass production factory you would at least want to double the price of the total cost per car coming to $15k+, which in GBP is £9,250+. Add on top the VAT and other costs and sale price looks more like £12.5k, which still is cheaper than rivals.
