1.2 and 1.9 sec 0-100 times don't lead me to believe it is true. The best I have done is a 2.0 sec 0-60 time, and that was with a motor with thousands of HP.

I've yet to find the perfect balance in which my car doesn't have so much power that the wheels spin madly off the line. But most definitely, it'd have less power and therefore a lower top speed. I can get cars to 500 easily... But to get that same car to 100 in less than 2.1s, I haven't achieved that yet.

Perhaps so, but even with those things it just won't get to 100 faster than 2.0s (not in the current build anyway).
