Franky's experiments

Hi guys,

I've been a bit quiet but I've been playing around with the game making cars and generally having fun.
While I do have an idea for a car company I'm not sharing this as that company because the game doesn't currently have enough body styles for the company I want to start.
As such, I figured I'd start this thread to share some of the random creations I've made.

I'll start off with the "Brutal 2.8i"
This pretty much started off as a play around trying to make the most stupidly over powered mini people move I could.
I'm pretty happy with the way it looks though so take a look and let me know what you think :)

And for something a little bit more refined I present to you the "Gent 6.0i"

The 999 is me wanting to have a go at making a Porche 924/944/968.
That is, a lightweight sports car powered by a stupidly over sized 4 cylinder engine.
I decided to call it the 999 and make it in 1995 (the year the 968 was discontinued).

This is less about to leeks of the car and more about the concept but here are some images anyway.

I reckon 0-100km/h in 5.1 sec is pretty good for a natmo 4!

The first two cars, very narrow tyres for the power level. I have 205:s around on my 74 kW Opel Astra, 195:s are stock.
More common tyre size for that kind of power, (300+kW), is 245 - 255:s.

I would have gone wider on the first car if I could but the guards are flared us much as the game will let me.
I didn't want to flare the guards on the Gent too much as it was supposed to look refined not brutish.

Just put 245's on there and see what the numbers say. Doesn't matter how it looks. You might loose some top speed, but the cornering and acc should increase.
