Yes, it would be quite a challenge to drive that car. It would also be very fun.

Re: Smolensk Tuning

Alright, Smolensk. I am looking for an AMG-esque version of my car, the Avalon.

You should know, however, that I am not looking for an outright performance model, but an upper echelon model.

What I would like:
Smoothness: Over 60
Loudness: Under 32
Man hours: Under 200
Engine Cost: Under $2,200
Fuel Economy: Over 16 MPG
The ride should also be comfortable (Don't make the body roll under 3.5)
For performance, just a good amount better than my own car.
Let me know if this is too much, and I will change it.

I know that this is challenging, but I want to see what you can do ;)
I will include my engine, just in case you want to base yours off of it, or as a baseline.

Re: Smolensk Tuning

Both the MR and the MRS engines have been released. Either one of them is available as an engine to put into a tune.

Re: Smolensk Tuning

After winning the I4 Hyper Hatch contest, Smolensk has decided to put its car out to the market. Here is the Type HRS. With a naturally aspirated I4, the Type HRS develops over 650hp, and accelerates to 60 in 3.5 seconds. Its top speed is over 200mph. In the corners, the Type HRS gets an incredible 1.21g! Even though the Type HRS has the speed of a racing car, it is able to get 21mpg, making it more fuel efficient than many normal street cars.

Re: Smolensk Tuning

By the way, I do believe that that that cornering g is a bit of a glitch. Normal cars do not roll 7 degrees and pull 1.2 gs. You would be on two wheels, and on the sidewalls of those unless you had a camber angle of 5 degrees.

Re: Smolensk Tuning

It is a glitch, but for the moment, I will just embrace it until it is fixed.

Re: Smolensk Tuning

Smolensk has released an entry-level version of the Type R. It is designed to attract first-time supercar buyers.

Re: Smolensk Tuning

Well, in my opinion, the word supercar is used waaaay too much. Audi R8 V10- Not a supercar. Ferrari 458- Not a supercar, Mercedes SLS- Not a supercar. To meet my criteria of being a supercar, it must go 0-60 in below 3.2 seconds, and reach at least 200mph. We are living in a world where the 75k C6 Z06 is faster than the 250k 458.

Re: Smolensk Tuning

so the only RWD supercars i can think of are the McLaren MP4-12 as well as the McLaren P1, the Ferrari F12 and upcoming LaFerrari. Oh, and the Pagani Huayra. The Noble M600 wouldn't be a supercar in your definition because it does 0-60 in 3.4 secs. I honestly can't imagine a world in which a Ferrari 458 isn't a supercar. Or a Pagani Zonda. Or a Lamborghini Gallardo.
