Re: Lystex Automobiles

Long time since I last posted and I since then a lot has been done to the cars and engines.

DESIGN
Constant slow tweaking of the looks to make them look similar yet make the less powerful cars look more "cute" and less agressive and the more powerful cars look sportier, because the Falcon looked boring and didn't look right for the kind of car it is has ended up making the cars look almost completely different to what they looked like before, but at least now I am happy with them.

ENGINES
All the engines have now got a new ECO equivalent which costs more and takes longer to make, but has a fairly good improvement in efficiency, usually around 10 g/KWh better than the standard engine. The only improvements to the engine is under the fuel system. These engines when placed into cars will have skinnier tyres to reduce friction and also have aerodynamic tweaks made to them to make the slip through the air more efficiently (when the update with the aerodynamic tweaks is available and as far as I know, that isn't the next one). These models will be called GreenDrive.
Also the V8s have received an S model which have around 30 bhp more and rev more. These are not quite as efficient as the normal V8 equivalent, and the vehicles that receive these engines (so far, only the Falcon) will be made slightly lighter, have chunkier tyres for extra grip and wings to help with downforce. These models will be called SportsLight.

Here are the cars and the official engine line-up for them:

The Osprey looks really nice. It really wears the design language well.
